    I would see an opthalmic surgeon and see what the procedure would be(how
complicated it would be) involved and what the prognosis would likely be. All
I know is that there are six muscles around each eye. They control all eye
movements. In CP,
some of these muscles can be affected. The outcome for surgery is probably
better than when you were younger, but then, again it also depends on the
severity of the contractures.
