Announcement from Professor Claudia Melrose:


In conjunction with the Beads, Body & Soul show Clyde Morgan will
begin a residency at the UW  from this Saturday Feb 19th thru Saturday
Feb 26h.  On both those Saturdays he will hold a free and open master
class in Afro-Brazilian dance/music from 4:00 until 6:00 pm.. Both
classes will be accompanied by the Handphibian Percussion Ensemble
which specializes in Afro-Brazilian music.  Please let your students
and friends hear about these wonderful opportunities for the community
at large to participate in the spirit and largesse that Clyde brings
to his teaching.

Afro-Brazilian Dance and Music   4:00- 6:00 pm  Saturdays, Feb 19th
and 26th.  B101 Lathrop Hall, 1050 University Ave.
   (Come early as parking is available only in Grainger or at the
Lake St. ramp)
