Job Title:   Policy Processor I

Department:  Regional Services-Personal Lines

Location:    302 North Walbridge Avenue, Madison, WI

Salary Range:   $8.71 - $11.76 per hour plus benefits.

Qualifications:  Typing ability required (20 words per minute) Math aptitude, operates a calculator. Ability to operate a mainframe-access computer. Demonstrated communication ability. 
demonstrated ability to proofread for accuracy and neatness.

The selected candidate must be able to work until 5:00PM on a rotating basis.

Description of duties:  Codes, rates and enters on-line applications into a database. Processes on-line changes (plain changes, cancels, reinstatements, etc.). Assembles and prepares correspondence to issue   policies and maintain their accuracy.  Answers agent questions and performs other various office duties (filing, filming correspondence, opening mail, etc.). 
This position handles on-line processing of Homeowners, Repair Cost Homeowners, ASIC and AFMIC Auto policy lines.
