Can anyone provide me with some local grocery or health food stores in both
Denver or Colorado Springs?  We will be traveling for two weeks in July and
would like to be able to buy some food while we are there instead of flying
with it.

Also, any restaurants that you have had a good experience with and menu
items that you recommend would be appreciated.

It is my 3yo daughter who is celiac so I would love any help I can get to
keep her healthy along the way.
