Thanks for your responses. Here's what I learned:
1) 1 cup of whole almonds weighs 145 g

2) 1 cup whole almonds = 1/4 cup almond flour, pressed through a tea
strainer
3) On an unrelated note, one person discovered that almond flour can be
used as a substitute for EnerG NutQuik (or other dry milk substitutes) in
recipes.
