Unfortunately, companies do not have to notify of changes in inert
ingredients. I make it a policy to contact a company with every refill of
the prescription. I do not assume at all that *once* GF, always GF. Mades
me mad, too, that we can't rely on the manufacturers. And I do agree that
changes need to be made. But to play it safe, I call every time I get a
refill as well as with new scripts.
