I'm writing to pass along a good word about a dealing with Mr. Ritt's bakery
in Philadelphia. I ordered a cake to be sent to a friend for a birthday
present. To my disappointment, it was delivered to me yesterday instead
of to my friend's address, so it didn't get to my friend for her birthday.
To my surprise, Paul was in the shop today- on the 4th of July- when I
called to report this mistake. He is shipping a new cake to my friend and I
get to keep the other one! Yum! So he has two happy customers now. I'm
trying to use self control to wait until tomorrow to share it with a celiac
friend at work. No- I decided I should tell you all how it tastes.
Terrific!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What a nice treat for the holiday!

Thanks Paul-
