Thanks to all who responded to my inquiry on GF Cake Mixes. The majority
suggested ordering and trying Health Food Stores or ordering from supplier.
I tried several HF stores on North side of Indianapolis but could not find a
cake mix in any of them. I was in a hurry and did not want to wait for
delivery or pay delivery charges when not knowing how good they are. One
person suggested going to a Marsh Super Grocery store in Castleton area and
there I found Gluten Free Pantry Muffin and Scone mix. I made the Cherry
Dump Cake using this mix. It was absolutely wonderful. We had company for
dinner that night, eight people and they all loved it and said it was one of
the best desserts they had ever eaten. My husband and closest friends were
so surprised it was a gluten free dessert as they have eaten a lot of GF food
so know by comparison. If anyone would like the recipe for this dessert,
write me and I will gladly send you a copy. Thanks again for the response.
I am so happy to have found this because it is foolproof and so easy. Thanks
again everybody. Peggy in Indianapolis
