When I read yesterday on the Listserv that there is some confusion as to
whether Dr. Cynthia Rudert said at the GIG (?) meeting that 1 out of 3,
or 1 out of 30 of a gastroenterologist's patients turn out to be celiac,
I decided to call her to find out (I am one of her patients).

She says it is 1 in 30.  I hope that sets your minds at rest!
