Sorry for this being a short notice question, but I haven't been able to
be at the computer for a couple of days to ask this!

My husband and I are going out to eat tonight for Valentine's Day to our
local steakhouse where you grill your own steak. It is my first time
eating at a restaurant since going GF just because I don't "trust"
people yet to try it and we just thought that this would be a good place
to eat since my husband will be the one cooking for me.

My question is this: They use charcoal at their grill and I am
wondering if we use a piece of tinfoil (like I always do whenever we
grill anywhere to avoid the contamination of the grill, but it usually a
gas grill) will the charcoal be a problem?

Thanks in advance!
