I just spoke to the Hershey's representative and they advised their
Butterscotch chips are Gluten Free.

She also stated if any wheat, rye or barley is used for any part of their
product it will be clearly listed on the product.  Any suppliers to them
like flavorings etc, must advise what's in their product so they can advise
the consumer. That's a nice change.

Also Clabber girl baking powder is gluten free.  They list it on their web
site.
