Do some of you who are lactose intolerant and GF use yogurt?
If so, what brand(s); especially in the midwest.

I can't use soy and  Rice Dream is out.  Not fond of the idea of making
my own rice milk as previously discussed here.

Perhaps you know of other substitutes for milk.
