Has anyone had reactions to Tom's of Maine toothpaste?  I realize it is
supposed to be gluten free.  I began using the Sperament flouride
toothpaste two months ago.  Prior to this I always used Crest.  Last
week I began developing sore gums.  It is painful to brush and the
toothpaste seems to "burn".  What could be causing the problem?  Thanks,
