Hi All--
Does anyone know of a web site that lists the
inactive ingredients in prescription drugs? My doc
recently prescribed iron and potassium (low on both)
and we finally had to go to a liquid potassium to get
gf. I can barely gag it down, even in juice. The
pharmacist called several drug companies and at least
two of them stated that they couldn't guarantee their
potassium tablet/medication was gf. (This was a first
for my pharmacist...he'd never encountered a drug
company who couldn't tell him, absolutely, what was in
the medication) Thus the liquid...Or if anyone knows
of a brand of potassium that's gf, I would be grateful
if you would share the name of it with me. (I take a
multivitamin, but my doc says I'm too low on both the
iron and potassium for a vitamin to do any good...time
to get out the big guns.)
I know Stokes has a book I can order, but I'm
finding all of the things I'm having to order lately a
bit too much for my financial situation.
Any info anyone can offer is greatly appreciated!
Cheers,
Ayn
