Talked with my doc about stool test results from Enterolab. He said
they were sufficient enough evidence to skip the biopsy. So, today I
begin my journey with a gf diet. He strongly urged me to change all
lotions and hair care products, soaps etc... even though I don't have
DH. He feels there is no reason to take any risks. Here's my
question: Where and what should I buy? What do I look for on the
labels of those type products? Is it the same as what I look for in
food? I'm especially interested in any suggestions for hand/body
lotion, shampoo, conditioner and soaps. I'd prefer to buy them at the
regular grocery store or hair salon if they are available. Any
suggestions are greatly appreciated. I did search the archives but
didn't find anything directly related.
