Hello Fellow Listmates
I have been gluten free now since October. Sure feel alot better, but
still have lots of bloating and gas. I have cut out most milk products,
except ice cream and yogurt--but still the rumblings and gas cramps.! I
have been reading on this list with some interest the discussion about L-
Glutamine and think I will try that--to see if it helps. I have seen
discussions lately about probiotics. What is that and what do they do
for Celiacs?
On coffee: Does anyone have any problems with coffee? Is there any
relation with gluten intolerance and coffee ingestion?
