For any Costco shopping celiacs, my local Costco sell the Casual Gourmet
sausages mentioned in the last digest. They also sell the Denver Buffalo
Company brand buffalo hotdogs. I called the Denver Buffalo Company and the
natural flavorings include only spices such as thyme, rosemary, etc. I
didn't delve any further as to whether the spices themselves had residual
flour to prevent clumping. These hotdogs are huge and rather pricey, about
$8 for 12 hotdogs. However, they are great tasting. Even my picky three
year old ate over four ounces of meat at one sitting!
