I talked to Phoebe Quincy today at White Wave to inquire about the
gluten free status of Silk soy beverage. She gave her permission to
quote her on this LISTSERV that all five flavors of Silk are gluten
free. That is Plain, Vanilla, Chocolate,and two others that I was not
familiar with. These are available in the local grocery, so really help
those of us that are lactose intolerant. She said to call her if any of
