Hi...I have been recently diagnoised with celiac's disease.  I have been on
a GF diet for 4 months.  I have seen moderate improvements.  My place of
employment is located above retail. One of the vendors manufacturers
microbrew beer.  Daily there is a strong odor from the barley/hops
processing.  Is it possible that my GI symptoms can be taken longer to clear
up because I am daily inhaling glutens?  Is GI mainly from internal
ingestion or can some of my symptoms still be occuring from the inhaling of
the glutens?
