is from Naturally Gluten-Free Cooking by Debra D. Smith. It's an easy
recipe (no yeast proofing!) if you have a sturdy mixer, and gluten-eaters
ask for the recipe when I bring it to dinner parties. :)

I have tasted the mock rye and Irish soda bread from this cookbook (at a gf
cooking demo), and they were pretty good - but the French bread was what
led me to buy the cookbook! The book is published by Trafford and is
available from www.trafford.com , or from www.bn.com , or from Lakewinds
Co-op if you're in the western Twin Cities area. (I have no financial
interest in this book - am just really pleased with the French bread recipe
and wanted to share.)

Please note that I will not provide any of the copyrighted recipes from
this book, so please do not email me and ask! Thanks.
