I've had a long standing question about whether Wheat Grass Juice contains
gluten. Is this reply from Perrigo the answer? Wheat Grass Juice is a
powerful detoxifier and is from the blades of wheat grass probably not
more than a week old. Long before any seeds (endosperm) are produced.
I intend to try some next week. Just waiting for my health food store to
get some in. I'll let you know.
