For those of you in Soother California, the following is the latest
information from Acapulco Restaurants Jesse Munoz.
Fajita---Steak fajitas are OK. Chicken and shrimp fajitas are floured with a
seasoned flour. If your local Acapulco is willing, they can prepare your
fajitas with their grilled spice on the chicken and the shrimp, but most
often they cannot.
Rice and beans are OK.
Corn tortillas and tortilla chips are OK.
Enchiladas are OK including their special enchilada rancheros, crab, or
Yucatan.
Their halibut fish is OK if you requites that they use the grilled spice
instead of the seasoned flour.
Tacos are all fine.
Roasted chicken is OK
Do NOT order the rellenos.
Tostada are fine if you request they be made on corn tortillas instead of the
flour tortillas.
We eat there a lot, but it was over a year since I had checked with them.
Happy eating. Renee C..
