Of course, if youre the brave type you might try
>eating everything raw. I can't bring myself to do that but I'm a reformed
>vegan who is still a little sqeemish about meats at all : ). I have a
>horrible array of health problems from being vegan and I'm looking for a
>cheerleader to help me stick to P-F if anybody wants the job (lol).

Monique: My dog and I will cheer you on. He taught me how to eat Paleo.
When I saw how well he responded to pulling the grains and dairy, I
switched, too, with all the expected good results. I've never been a vegan,
but allowed the prevailing ethic to make me feel a bit guilty. No more!

My guy still has yeasty feet after 18 months of raw, and 6 months of grain
and root-free. Takes a while, I guess.
