No setup disk needed for PB (at least for Phoenix bios'). Try CTL-ALT-
ESC during POST test. If that does not work disconnect HD and FD
cables and the BIOS will report an error and offer choice of F1 to
continue or F2 to run setup. PB is still in business, just not in
USA. They are located in the Netherlands now.
