Interesting linkk of melatonin and the T3-Cells. Can you provide further
infos?
I suppose that's melatonin free in the body, not the "sleep" melatonin
made in the brain only.
There's a connection from tryptophan -> 5htp -> serotonin -> melatonin.
A good argument to go for a good tryptophan supply.
