Marianne, why are you taking or wanting to take Potassium Glucanate?
By doing so, you will upset the delicate balance of Sodium/Potassium in
your system and that can cause damage to your kidneys and who knows what
else. The suggestion for Lite Salt intake makes much more sense. If
you are on diuretics, such as Lasix, yes, then you should ask the MD for
a K supplement after a blood test and/or urine test.

yes 90mg of actual potassium, the legal limit for ove the counter pills

Easier and cheaper is to buy LiteSalt and dissolve an eighth of a
teaspoon
in water and drink, or use it in cooking if you really need it.
