Hi, all. Would someone tell me where to get a list of foods for each of
these kinds of fat? I'm confused about types of fat, thus I have no idea
which foods have which types of fat. To me fat is fat, but technically I
know that is not true. Thank you.

Well, let's suppose that one eats about a kilogram of these meats per
day. Based on these figures, one's PUFA intake would be between about
2 and 10 grams.

I agree, and I think 2-10g of PUFA (appropriately balanced) should be
sufficient for most purposes.
