That depends on the amount of Omega 6 and 9 in the diet. If you are eating
grass-fed, pasture-raised animals, or wild fish exclusively, then it may be
you have an Omega intake profile close to what we were designed for. On the
other hand, much has been made of the effects of Omega 3 in reducing
inflammation, curing skin problems, increasing ciculatory effiency, etc,
and it might not be bad to err on the high side. I don't know what else one
could eat other than the sources named above, and so we use a high-quality
fish oil to help with our ailments brought on by a less-than-Paleo diet
history.
