I dont know any scientific stuff about salt and potassium- but a while back
I was having what might have been lack of potassium problems (it did work
to drink "no-salt" solution)  and I think basically it had to do with me
eating too much salt.  But of course, I really dont know anything about it!
(so good thing I posted hu?)
