Irradiation destroys a huge amount of vitamins. Irradiated eggs can lose as
much as 80% of their vitamin A in this life destroying process. Irradiated
vegetables, grains, and fruits, lose nutrients in the process of
irrdadiation AND as they sit on shelves or in trucks or coolers before
reaching consumers and being eaten.
