Thanks. It's basically what I thought. So basically it's good indicator that
I'm eating too much fat.
So related question. Where from did they get magic "at least 70 % of
calories from fat" rule for low - carb diets. It seems that I can do better
on lower (50-60%) intake and still being very low carb.
Actually after experimenting with high fat diet it was decreasing fat and
reintroducing some carbs what brought my body fat to 8% without any cardio.
