In addition,
* coffee contain toxic constituents that irritates the liver
* coffee stresses the adrenal glands by stimulating the release of
adrenaline (epinephrine), which in turn causes the liver to convert glycogen
stores to blood glucose (thus raising blood sugar levels and causing a
corresponding release of insulin from the pancreas...)
