Yes, I'm on the same wavelength. Countries like India and Israel that have
substituted Omega-6 oils for their traditional fats, now have very high
Omega 6 to 3 ratios, and also high rates of heart disease and diabetes.

IF one gets adequate EPA and DHA... that's the key. Having been on a very
deficient diet for many years, it may take me some time to fill those
reserves.
