the most important one that everyone always leaves out, INSECTS, you will
cover all the bases.

I regulate all winter long the carpenters ants that live in my house . They
crawl on the food counter where they eat fruits and so are often eaten , but
i get them also in the bath tube when i take my shower , or when they are
travelling on the wooden floor.Ant eggs are fatty
In spring they move away , Summer is grass hopper season, abondant in the
garry oak meadows, beginning of fall is termites feast when they fly away.
Raising insects is easy and you can choose your flavor in function of what
they get to eat ...

On this site

http://www.comby.org if you go to insects there is a lot of informations
but most are in French , you will find" press articles" in English also. You
will see pictures too.
Bruno Comby is eating instinctively raw insects but knows how to cook them
.
