I take 2,000 to 8,000 milligrams of Vit C daily and find
it beneficial- but I have no tests on Cholesterol as since
the Cholesterol "scare" started over twenty years ago I
thought it was foolish to stop eating the nutritious food
they condemned. I had quit Sugar and refined foods long
before.
