That is true; a short period of lean meats can reduce BF quickly
but you can't
do it for long. But for maintenance, I can eat all the meat fat I need to
maintain energy and my BF stays at ~9%.
Within each group there are subgroups as you say.
Within meats: fish and chicken breast on one side; beef, chicken thighs
on the other. Within veggies: celery, spinach on one side; carrots,
turnips on the other; etc.
What about a cyclic strategy (paleo-version of anabolic burst) varying
the volume levels dramatically? Might work.
