I understand Famara had another budget speech. I haven't read it yet but I
read popular opinion on it. I figure from other folks' reading of it I can
save myself some valuable time. Besides, I don't think any Gambian or
foreign country calculates Gambia's budget pronouncements in their
commercial, political, or social plans. It is an occasion for APRC
story-telling. Devoid of substance, a programme of action, or assessment of
what was accomplished since the last budget story. My advice: Don't waste
your valuable time reading it because it is not worth the paper it is
written on. And you know that's rice paper from Taiwan - or shall I say ROC.
