Thank you for your comments and observations. I agree that Omar Sey and Ousainou
Njie played a major role in clinching Basse for the limited coalition. In fact,
I do make mention of these gentlemen and their contribution in the larger paper.
I also suggested in the larger paper that in spite of Omar Jallow's charisma and
popularity in Serrekunda and other PPP stalwarts they could not, in the end
deliver the vote. I agree with you at the constituency level, but when we look
at the bigger national picture, winning five constituencies out of 47 is small,
perhaps not that significant.
