Sarah,

You can type just by using your mind.  I do!  It does take a while to
learn, but after that you can fly.  It's called the Cyberlink.  You can
read about the Cyberlink at www.brainfingers.com .  I use the Cyberlink
with EZKeys an onscreen keyboard and Word Plus which is a word
predictor.
