Hope I can help.

If you use O.E.:

Open Outlook Express

Go to Tools, then Accounts.

A Box with tabs will appear.  Click the NEWS tab.  If you don't have a
News Account the box below the tab
will be blank.

On the far right, click the ADD Button.  Then click the NEWS item on the
drop down menu.  A wizard should appear to guide your installation.
