But the definition of "disability" in the ADA is VERY inclusive. For
instance, under the definition "anyone having ever been labeled as having a
disability" is included. Therefore, A commercial pilot with 20/20 vision, who
had once, for whatever reason been labeled as "visually limited" would be
covered.
