Dilworth is a lovely neighborhood. It was the first of the center city core
neighborhoods to experience "gentrification" in the 80's. Especially now
with all the retail/entertainment/dining development in the converted
warehouse district around South End, Dilworth is one cool place to live.
Also Charlotte's first light rail commuter line will open in 2005/6 from
downtown out to Pineville, running right along Dilworth's western edge.

I would kill to live there...
