i am sorta following you mag, though not as fast. i have ponked my head on
the front stepss from not quite getting a foot to lift as it should. every
once in a while i'll stumble wend my left foot soesn't quite make the step i
expect it to make. i have disk going out in my neck too.

degenerative disk/joint disease. I have two disks in my neck that are almost
completely deteriorated, and 2 others that are headed that way.
