i do not know if dragon will work with it. my guess is that it would. dragon
is good software.

 i am on government machines and can't load anykind of chat program. i had
to get being on this list okayed. if it is not email you will not hear from

    I have no experience with I C Q or any other chat software.  Does anyone
know whether ICQ software can be used in conjunction with DragonDictate
speech recognition software?  I'm currently using Dragon NaturallySpeaking
version 4.0.
