Excellent letter.

We used to have a member Mick Joyce <[log in to unmask]> who
was a speaker at last years Annual Conference of the Federation of
Special Needs Organization in Dentistry. Unfortunately he's no longer
on the list. He posted to the list about Feb/Mar last year asking for
"stories" of bad dental practice by dentist with CP patients.

You might try a web search for that Federation too.
