I am a new member of the list. Had my novice ticket about 20 years ago,
but let it lapse while I went to school and got a job. Now am studying for
my tech and plan to take the code as well. I have a few questions.

1. recommendations on hf/6 meter rigs operable by the blind.

2. recommendations on good code practice software.

3. recommendations on necessary equipment to begin applying the electronics
I hope to learn. This includes soldering and test equipment. I have the
talking multimeter from radio shack about 5 or 6 years old.

Thanks for any assistance you can give.
