Hi, from Ireland.
Listened to a program on TV last night about cows and butter.
The program was about a great now discovery. We could now
have butter that spread straight from the fridge. How?
Well they discovered that if they fed cows a diet of only soya beans
Then the butter from these cows stayed soft even in the fridge.
I don't think I will be buying that butter.

Helen.
