I find this fascinating. My Scottish ancestors on my mothers side suffered from psoriasis, diabetes, heart problems and "allergies". I seem to have inherited this. I have found that changing to this paleodiet/low carb has cleared my psoriasis/eczema, reduced my asthma, reversed my elevated blood pressure, and eliminated my light headed, tired bouts. This has been a ten year search via steroids, anti-histamines, 11 specialist doctors, and thousands of dollars. This may all be pure coincidence, but somehow I doubt it. It may be only the grains or the dairy or the soy. I do not care to find out, eliminating them all suites me fine.
