I have been eating paleo for half a year (no grains , no milk) - lowcarb
primarily because I dont know many "paleocarbs".
The effect has been: loss of carbohydrate crawings (especially in the
afternoon) more energy (better mood), fat loss. Lowcarb is good for me :-)
I do have a moderate carb consumption - as I recently have begun following
the NHE-diet ("Natural Hormone Enhancement" by Rob Faigan - good book!)
but I find it hard to find "palecarbs" - any suggestions ?
Are potatoes considered paleo ? - (I could eat the peel ;-)
