plus they didn't load their kids up with Ritalin, etc

My neighbor has a son in third grade and she told me yesterday that 5 out
of the 19 kids in the class are on Ritalin. And those are just the kids she
is personally aware of, there may be even more.  Her son is on time release
Ritalin.
